Request account deletion

Send the request from the email address connected to your Learn Spanish account. This helps us verify ownership and prevents someone else from deleting your data.

2. Keep the subject Delete my Learn Spanish account and include the email address used in Learn Spanish.
3. We may send a verification message. After verification, we normally complete deletion within 30 days and confirm when it is finished.

• Learn Spanish/Firebase account and profile data.
• Learning progress, completed lessons, review statistics, test history, goals, and settings stored on our server.
• AI-tutor usage records and directly linked server analytics where reasonably identifiable.
• Active purchase entitlement linked to the Learn Spanish account, after required transaction records are separated.

Data we may retain

Limited subscription and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for accounting, tax, chargebacks, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Security records may be retained where necessary to investigate abuse or protect users. Retained information is restricted, isolated from the active profile, and not used for marketing.

Deleting only local app data

You can clear app storage or uninstall Learn Spanish through Android settings. This removes locally stored settings but does not delete your server account or cancel a subscription. Use the deletion request above for complete account deletion.
